Cardinal Comes Home

Today was a day I've been waiting for since beginning my doc program in 2014...my first day of school as an Assistant Professor at Lamar University! I am thankful for all of the experiences and opportunities that got me to this place and I can't wait to jump in to campus life and building relationships with my new colleagues and students.

This week has been filled with faculty events and trainings and I actually enjoyed New Faculty Orientation. In addition to lots of fun swag, I received the coolest First Day of School gift from Brian White who gave me a box of awesome custom Sugardoodles cookies!!!
